These terms govern your use of SBMC.ai. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Account
- You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or our acceptable use policies, with reason where lawful to share it.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the Service.
- Do not use the AI features to generate unlawful, harassing, or harmful content.
- Do not upload data you are not entitled to share.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Settings.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing customers.
- Refunds are at our discretion; statutory rights are unaffected.
4. AI features
- AI outputs are generated by Anthropic's Claude models on a best-effort basis. They may be inaccurate or incomplete โ verify before relying on them.
- Monthly AI token allowances and any overages are described on the pricing page and in your subscription details.
5. Your content
- You retain ownership of the canvas content you create.
- You grant us a limited licence to process that content as needed to run the Service (storing it in the database, sending it to AI models on your request, etc.).
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and outages may occur.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are signalled by a version-string bump at the top of this page and a notice in-app at next login.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
